• The apartment can only be used by the number of people indicated in the reservation. This can not exceed the number assigned to each apartment.
• The client will pay 100% of the stay in cash on the check in day. The client also pay 100€ deposit. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the apartment.
• The client must conserve the apartment in perfect condition during their stay.
• The client will not do any disturbing or illegal activity (Parties, Noise, Loud music, etc.). The hours of rest will be considered from 23.00 PM. to 9.00 AM.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The acceptance of a reservation implies the acceptance of these conditions of use, and also our cancelation, payment and booking policy.
